1 – Initial Inspection

Checking the raw material of the order items.

 

2 – Intermediate Inspection

At this stage, production is occurring and we can find processes such as plastic injection, painting, sewing, finishing, confection of electronic boards, assembly, packing etc. The finished product is compared with the samples approved by the customer.

 

All packaging materials and labels are on site. The master cartons and the graphic material are checked to see whether or not there is any need to improve packaging or labeling. Any nonconformity will be notified to the manufacturer so that it corrects the problem before the final inspection.

 

A drop test shall be carried out to verify the quality and strength of the packages, proving possible damages to the product, should they occur. If there is any non-conformity, the manufacturer will be informed, in order to replace them.

 

If we receive any comments from the customer about any product or labeling, we will take care of the next shipment and send corrective images to the buyer for follow up.

 

3 – Final Inspection

At the time of final inspection, the cargo is 100% finished and packed.

During this inspection, we select boxes randomly, according to the AQL process pre-agreed with the customer.

Upon completion of the verification, a detailed report, with images, will be sent to the client to show the current condition of the cargo, whether or not the shipment is approved. Once the inspection report has been confirmed by the customer, the loading of the container is performed and then the shipment is carried out.

 

We believe in the transparency of the business and share all the details of quality: photos of the labeling and marking on the physical sample, its placement, final product images, packaging and positioning in transport boxes.
